Vice President of Advancement

FRONTLINE

Atlanta, Georgia

Frontline is two distinct organizations with different purposes centered on biblical issues of life, freedom and marriage. Frontline Policy Action (FPA) is dedicated to forging public policy and electing champions for conservative family values. FPA lobbies on behalf of legislation that embodies Biblical values. Frontline Policy Council (FPC) educates and equips Christians to engage in the political sphere.

The Vice President of Advancement will lead a team of staff to operationalize a first-class development effort —from data collection to list building and targeting to prospecting and solicitation to gift in-take, events, and cultivation—to help grow Frontline to be the premier and most well-resourced organization of its kind in the country.

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

The Frontline Policy organizations are a part of the family policy council movement that began with Dr. Dobson and Focus on the Family with dozens of independent, state-based allied organizations throughout the country. These organizations are equipped to advocate for biblical values at their state capitols and engage in supporting candidates that would affirm these values in office and empower that Church to address the culture. From Florida to California, these organizations are a force in their respective states, and they are united by a common mission and relationships with each other and allied national organizations.

In 2017, Cole Muzio- in partnership with the national Family Policy Alliance launched the Family Policy Alliance of Georgia. In 2021, those efforts were relaunched as Frontline Policy Actions (501(c)4 and Frontline Policy Council (a 501(c)3 to meet the immediate need in Georgia: to have a state-focused, biblical organization that tactfully addresses issues of life, religious freedom, educational opportunity, God’s design, human dignity, free speech, and principled government. They are first and foremost, Christian organizations that exist to glorify God and equip His people to transform the culture. This movement is unique and exclusive, and Frontline is privileged to be the Georgia organization working in collaboration to save our nation.

WHAT THEY DO

Because this is a critical moment in the history of our nation, Frontline is here to be a catalyst for change in Politics, Policy, and Culture in Georiga.

The goal is that this state will lead the country in being a dominant pro-family, Gospel-centered force pointing people toward truth, strengthening families, standing in the gap, and delivering results. This organization educates, impacts elections, and sets the legislative agenda. In doing this, they help shift the culture, starting with the Body of Christ in Georgia, in a God-honoring direction.

Frontline was built for such a time as this.

FRONTLINE POLICY ACTION

  • Frontline Policy Action is a 501(c)4 organization dedicated to forging public policy and electing champions for our conservative family values.

  • FPA can lobby on behalf of great legislation–such as Georgia’s Heartbeat Bill or Save Girls Sports—and engage in elections by endorsing candidates and taking action to get them elected.

  • This organization is key to ensuring your values are represented in our government.

FRONTLINE POLICY COUNCIL

  • Frontline Policy Council is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to educating and equipping Christians to engage in the political sphere.

  • FPC cannot endorse candidates or engage in any electioneering activities.

  • While FPA is working to make abortion illegal, FPC works to make it unthinkable. We do this by hosting events, publishing material online, public speaking engagements, and leveraging our church network to educate Christians about political issues.

  • Lead and prioritize a robust Church Ambassador Network

These entities contain election, lobbying, and grassroots efforts as well as leadership training, the Biblical Citizenship Academy, Church Initiatives, and Christian networks.

Coming off a legislative session where the organizations passed more than a dozen bills and a year of successful new programs were launched- including the Biblical Christian Academy, which has trained and equipped hundreds of believers in Georgia, Frontline is ready for unprecedented growth as Georgia’s premier force for advocating for families.

OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES

OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES

In 2021, Frontline rebranded, restructured, and refocused. Both FPA and FPC are dominant forces in the conservative movement in the state of Georgia. As a result, in a very short time, Frontline has doubled its revenue as well as staff. With this excitement of growth, they are experiencing growing pains.
