Medical Benevolence Foundation (MBF) is a $7m international medical mission dedicated to transforming the lives of the poor and proclaiming the Gospel, working in partnership with local leaders of the Church to build sustainable, quality medical care in developing countries.

The President and Chief Executive Officer of MBF reports to the Board of Directors. The CEO is responsible for the organization’s consistent achievement of its mission and vision. The CEO provides visionary leadership to the staff and manages the ministry in a manner consistent with the values of the organization. The CEO heads a staff leadership team responsible for the effectiveness of the ministry programs, excellent management of MBF resources, and the recruitment of needed ministry resources. The Board highly prefers the successful candidate to relocate to their international headquarters in the Houston, TX area.
